Model 5000 Definite Length Tape Dispenser

The Tach-It model #5000 definite length tape dispenser is perfect for applications where a fixed 1½ inch length of tape is needed. Usable with 1½ wide roll or 2½ wide rolls, by simply turning the large knob the model 5000 applies the tape to a star wheel for easy removal. Perfect for gift wrap, retail, and industrial applications where a 1½in? piece of tape is required, the model 5000 also has a separate free mandrel for unlimited lengths.

Model SL-1 Definite Length Tape Dispenser

This small manual bench top definite length tape dispenser accepts most tapes up to 1 inch wide with a maximum roll diameter of 5½ inch. A simple push on the smooth action lever will deliver up to 4? of tape. Longer lengths of tape can be achieved by multiple pushes of the lever. To change tape lengths just loosen the thumb screw holding the lever, move the lever to the desired position and retighten the thumb screw. Cutting of the tape is done as the operator removes the tape from the machine.

Model SL-3 Definite Length Tape Dispenser

For use with most types of tape, this heavy-duty industrial manual definite length tape dispenser can handle tape up to 3? wide. An easy push on the smooth action lever will deliver up to 8 inch of tape. Longer lengths of tape can be achieved by multiple pushes of the lever. to adjust the tape length, simply loosen the thumb screw, move the lever to the desired position, and tighten the thumb screw. Cutting of the tape is achieved as the tape is removed from the machine.

Model 6100-SS Definite Length Tape Dispenser

This automatic feed and cut definite length tape dispener can work with 1 roll of tape up to 2 inch wide or 2 rolls of tape each up to 1 inch wide. Reliable and easy to use with push button and led controls, this dispenser can cut most types of pressure sensitive tape from 3/4 inch to 39 inch inch length. In automatic setting the model #6100-ss will feed the next piece of tape as soon as the preivous one has been removed. Simply holding the feed button will allow for andom lengths of tape to be fed. Small bench top design, exclusive safety shield to protect the operator and adjustable tape pressure to ensure positive tape feeding are all advantages of this machine.

Model 6125 Definite Length Tape Dispenser

The Tach-It model #6125 can cut filament, kapton, acetate, glass cloth, double sided and most other types of tape up to 2 inch wide. Dual sensors allow the model #6125 to work with 1 roll of tape up to 2 inch wide or 2 rolls of tape up to 1 inch wide each, the unique cradle device means that this machine can work with any core size tape and large roll sizes. Able to work with both pressure sensitive and non-pressure sensitive items, the model #6125 has both manual and semi-automatic modes, is small and compact and has an easy to use control panel with led indicators.

Definite Length Tape Dispenser-6250

Ever wish you had a machine that could place a 3/8in. long fold on a piece of tape for ease of remove from a product, now Tach-It has this machine, our Model #6250.  Used for the packaging of electronic and consumer goods, the Tach-It #6250 creates a tabbed piece of tape and then dispenses and cuts it to either a pre-determined or random length.  The Model #6250 can feed virtually any type of packaging tape up to 2in. wide, has a small compact design and utilizes our exclusive tri-mode automatic setting feature which allows the operator to dispense a random length of tape, dispense a pre-determined length of tape at the push of a button or dispenses a pre-determined length of tape as the previous cut piece of tape is removed from the machine.

The Tach-It UW6 is an unwind stand for large rolls of tape, labels, wire or any other product that needs to be unwound Able to work inch conjunction with our Tach-It pressure sensitive tape and label dispenses, the uw6 can hold a roll up to 6 inch wide with a maximum roll diameter of 17 inch.
