Semi-Automatic Label Dispensers are available in 7 different models for labels up to 8 inches wide. Unlike other manufacturers in the industry that use micro-switches to sense the label, most of our label dispensers use non-contact state-of-the-art photo-sensors and optical readers. The advantages of this system are many, first micro-switches are mechanical and break needing replacement, also they must be physically moved using tools each time a label size changes or as the roll decreases and the curl of the label changes. Our non-contact sensors are more reliable, and the only adjustment for label size is a simple turn of a knob located on the front of the dispenser which adjusts the length of the label to be fed. We do make one exception and use a specially designed micro-switch for our ultra-economical SH400 Label Dispenser.

Label Dispenser Machine SH-414D

Our newest premium label dispenser, the Tach-It model SH-414D peels, releases and advances all types of labels including die-cut and butt-cut and either opaque or transparent on rolls or fan-folded. This machine is simple to operate and use. When an operator removes one label the next one is automatically dispensed. Designed using optical-reader reliability, the Tach-It SH-414D can feed all labels whether they are large or small, opaque or transparent, irregular shaped or round. Also there are no micro-switches to adjust or hair triggers to break. Label changeover or adjustments for sizes require no tools and no operator training is necessary. High speed motor and digital state of the art components including a dwell timer and label counter, large roll capacity, high speed motor, heavy duty construction, and automatic liner re-winder are all features of this machine

SH-404TR 

Our premium label dispenser, the Tach-It model SH-404 peels, releases and advances all types of butt-cut and die-cut labels either opaque or transparent on rolls or fan-folded. Operation of this machine is simple, when an operator removes one label the next one is automatically dispensed. Designed using optical-reader reliability, the Tach-It SH-404TR can feed all labels whether they are large or small, opaque or transparent, irregular shaped or round. Also there are no micro-switches to adjust or hair triggers to break. Label changeover or adjustments for sizes require no tools and no operator training is necessary. State of the art components. KL Series 

Consisting of the KL-100 (for labels up to 4½ inch wide) and the KL-150 (for labels up to 6 inch wide), Tach-It KL series of pressure sensitive label dispensers is ideal for all types of roll or fan-folded labels. An economical alternative to our SH-404 the KL series utilizes photo-sensor reliability so that there are no micro-switches or hair triggers to adjust. High speed operation, large roll capabilities, industrial construction, and a rewind system for the label liner are advantages of this machine. Having the ability to dispense all types of die-cut and butt-cut labels, the kl series of machines, require no tools for label changeover or size adjustments, and no operator training is required.

SH-402TR 

Designed for assembly, electronic, manufacturing, and anywhere small labels are used, our Tach-It model SH-402TR is designed specifically for miniature die-cut and butt-cut labels of any shape. Usable inch either a vertical or horizontal position, the SH-402TR utilizes state-of-the art electronics and an optical reader which allow it to work on either transparent or opaque labels. Automatic label web re-winder eliminates mess and hazards inch the work place, high speed motor, extra sharp large steel separator plate, large roll capacity, durable construction and no need for tools for label changeovers are all advantages of this machine.

SH-408

The Tach-It SH408 pressure sensitive label dispenser can dispense labels up to 8 inch wide on either a 1inch or 3inch core. Utilizing our state-of-the-art non-contact optical reader, this unit is easy to use, works on all types, styles and shapes of labels that are either die-cut or butt-cut. Simple to adjust without any tools, our SH408 is specially designed to handle heavy large diameter rolls of labels, has a small table top design and high speed motor and a label waste re-winder for operator and work place safety.

SH-400

The Tach-It SH400 ultra-economical pressure sensitive label dispenser is perfect for labels up to 6 inch wide. Easy to adjust and requiring no tools, the specially designed extra sensitive micro-switch senses the edge of the label as it is fed and stops the motor exactly at the same point each cycle. The Tach-It SH400 works on all types, styles and shapes of die-cut and butt-cut labels on a 1" or 3" core. Able to feed 240 inches per minute, the Tach-It SH400 has a high speed motor, small table top design and a label waste re-winder for operator and work place safety.
